With the discontinuation of the website Crosslayer.net we asked the designer Thijs Laurman to share the source code of the Crosslayer software and allow of to offer free downloads of the tool for visually impaired users for free on Axistive. With his permission you can now download Crosslayer for free here and never loose track of you mouse pointer again.

Cosslayer is a tool that allows you to mark you mouse pointer clear on your Microsoft Windows XP machine. Crosslayer offers a visual marker to locate the mouse pointer faster. Crosslayer uses well know technology from screen magnifying software like the circle around the mouse in different colors, the horizontal and vertical lines crossing the mouse pointer and allowing the user to find the mouse quick.

If your intested in continue developing Crosslayer or intergrating it with an open source screen reader or open source screen magnifier. Please contact us and we are happy to share the code after contacting the developer.
