Introducing the Quadjoy Mouth-Operated Mouse

The Quadjoy Mouse is an assistive technology designed to enable users that cannot move their heads, but still are capable of using their mouths, to efficiently control their computers. Street Electric Manufacturing Company (SEMCO) has developed a new product that functions as a standard mouse and, therefore, requires no special drivers or software.


 

The device is essentially a tiny stick that can control the movement of the cursor by making only very small movements. It incorporates a sip and puff switch and a joystick. The Quadjoy Mouse is available for the price of $750 USD through the website of the supplier.
 
The mouse has the following features:

  • Compatible with Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Macintosh OS 7,Macintosh OS 8, Macintosh OS 9.
  • 100% Serial, suitable for PS/2, ADB and USB.
  • Sip and puff options for left and right mouse buttons.
