Vodafone SAY is provided at two rate plans with special conditions that will be available to all people with a degree of visual incapacity equal to or more than 80%. These rates, one of which involves voice and data services and the other geared solely for data, are around 50% cheaper than the Best and SMS plans, and also include free voice minutes and SMS messages.
