The VoicePal 8K has all the great features of the VoicePal 8 plus the addition of a built-in keypad. Now you have the option of accessing your communication aid via external switches and/or the keypad simultaneously. Like the VoicePal 8, the VoicePal 8K has excellent sound quality. The VoicePal 8K can be used anywhere augmentative or alternative communication is appropriate. With Taction Pads, messages are played by touching nearly any object or surface. You are limited only by your imagination. Recording on the VoicePal 8K is easy, and messages can be recorded in any order. Four AAA alkaline batteries are included, so you can get started right out of the box.
Delayed Activation
Requires a Taction Pad or external switch to be held for 0 to 2.5 seconds. This allows the operator time to first identify objects when using Taction Pads before actually selecting a message.
Repeat Message Mode
Choose to have messages play only once or repeat 10 times if the Taction Pads or external switch is continually held down.
